We have been having difficulties getting reviewers to review certain manuscripts. We would henceforth, request that the authors submit three suggested reviewers who are not domiciled in their institutions. The editor-in-chief reserves the right and the discretion to use the suggested reviewers or not. However, these will add up to the pool or reviewers’ bank.
